Terms of Service

1. Once commissioned, I will agree to create a custom digital artwork based on the client's state request. The art will be delivered In a digital format (png, jpg or whatever other format client requests) VIA email or drive, discord, or a differing social media platform. Anything else must be discussed with the artist.2. Payment, a client must be able to pay the full amount upfront via paypal for the commission. Any other way must be discussed and/or agreed upon with me, the artist. Prices will not be lowered as they are already set. If you would like to use it for commercial purposes, a one time fee must be discussed (will vary depending on scope of art)3. Usage, by paying for your piece, you are purchasing for the personal use rights of said piece, including:
-posting on social media
-Using it as a ref for your own character
-using it as a profile image, icon or banner on any social mediaHowever, Client can't do the following:
-Sell the artwork or use it for commercial purposes, like creating merch (prints, key chains etc.) Unless discussed. (see payment)
-Use the art work with Generative AI, Personally I am not comfortable with using my art work in these systems, to claim it was your own art
-Claim ownership/say it was made by you.4. Rights, I the original artist, retains sole ownership of the art work. The client's purchase only grants them personal use of the artwork as described above.5. Revisions, I will provide revisions during the sketching and coloring stage of the commission if the client requests them, the client is only allowed revisions during said stages, any revisions or changes during rendering is not possible. The final piece will be delivered VIA email, or through drive within the weeks it was commissioned.6. Refunds and cancelation, Once the art work is finished, Refunds cannot be issued.
HOWEVER, if for any reason the artist cannot complete the art work (time constraints, personal issues etc)within at least 2 weeks, a full refund can be requested.7. By agreeing to these terms, said client has read and understood these terms and will follow them, failure to do so will result in being put in a black list.

I live in the United states, My time zone is CST or Central standard time.I take payments in USD via PayPal.

I don't take orders on fridays or the weekends as I work those days.

Full rendered artworks Usually take me 4-5 hours to complete. I will usually get back to you in that time frame or a day later.HOWEVER, Life does happen sometimes. If I cannot complete the drawing purchased within at least 2 weeks of it being purchased, a full refund can be requested.
